Interview in the Times of India

You may want to check out this interview in the Ascent section of the Times of India.

Note that the values I accentuate are the very things we try to teach at Proton.

Also note that my views need not necessarily be the best for you to apply in your life - but they are worth thinking about.

Happy reading!

Reverent Sir,

The nuggets of wisdom and the extracts of long experiances of all reverent dignitaries, is what we are trying to imbibe in ourselves. These pragmatic and magical words regularly enforces us to do ATAMA-VILOKAN (Rakesh Sir told in yesterday's E.G.L.S.).

Sir, It's my humble request that, if you can take a session on "How to have a clear vision along with the minute details in mind?", as you talked in your interview about VISION.

Sir, i would like to extend my heartiest congratulation!!! to you and Ma'am. Ekagra's snap is telling us that he is in a "Ekagra-chit" State and having lots of dreams in his deep eyes to Fulfil all.

Our best wishes With you all!!! Happy Parenting!!!

Sir………
Now a day’s I’m reading a book called “Mahatma and three Monkeys” written on some thought of Mahatma but, it is sometimes heard to understand and difficult to believe may be because of Mindset we have made from our past experience.

Hi Sir,

I completely agree with your view point that one should be a facilitator rather than being an authoritative boss.

Sir I do agree with your views about the virtuous form of leadership.
But sir in practice the concept of "self examination" may be easily expressible in words but a rational approach to it is very hard to implement.

Sir can you please provide me more insights related to the approaches towards "Self Examination".

Regards
Jagrat Sanadhya

Hello Sir,
It is always nice to hear your insightful talks which guide us.
I have one doubt in mind after reading this interview:
"Is it good to have a biased vision?"

thanks!

Arpit, thanks for the wishes. You know by now why my response is so late! (See the latest blog post.) I will be happy to talk about what little I have learnt about melding the vision with the details.

Thanks also to Deepali, Nikhil and Nilesh.

Pratik, you raise a very interesting point. But perhaps it is better to have loved and lost rather than to have never loved! More seriously, I think it is important to know your strengths. I am reading a book on that and will try to summarize those views in a future post.

I will also try to respond to your comment via a post, Jagrat.

All the others, keep the comments coming. I learn a lot more about who you are by reading your comments than by giving you a lecture ;-)
